The study looks at how the gig economy changes employment patterns, income inequality, job stability, and worker rights across different industries using a mix of methods. According to the results, new technologies have made the job market more efficient and given millions of people new ways to make money, but they have also made gig workers' lives less stable and made it harder for them to get social benefits. the need for new policy frameworks to deal with how work is changing in the gig economy and make sure that all workers have fair results. more and more people are talking about the future of work, which shows how technology has two different effects on job markets.
