It concludes that open data constitutes a fundamental pillar in enhancing smart city efficiency by supporting transparency and accountability, improving the quality of public services, and activating civic participation. It also contributes to making accurate urban decisions through its integration with artificial intelligence systems, which leads to better resource management and the delivery of more responsive services.
