Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology in higher education, reshaping teaching methodologies, learning experiences, and academic support services. AI-powered tools, including intelligent tutoring systems, adaptive learning platforms, virtual assistants, automated assessment systems, and generative AI applications, have enhanced students' access to personalized learning, instant feedback, and flexible educational resources. While these technologies offer significant opportunities to improve learning efficiency and academic achievement, concerns remain regarding academic integrity, overdependence on AI, critical thinking, and ethical use. the impact of artificial intelligence tools on student learning outcomes in higher education by exploring how AI-supported learning influences academic performance, engagement, motivation, and skill development. A quantitative research design is proposed using a structured questionnaire administered to undergraduate and postgraduate students across higher education institutions. AI tools, perceived learning effectiveness, academic engagement, critical thinking, and overall learning outcomes. Data can be analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression techniques to determine the relationship between AI tool utilization and student learning outcomes.
